Lene Allen
Founder & Principal
Lene built her career inside the institutions her clients now need to navigate. She held senior marketing roles at Audi of America, Volkswagen of America, and Porsche Cars North America — work that took her across the Atlantic on a near-constant basis — before joining the State of Florida under Governor Ron DeSantis as Vice President of Marketing at Enterprise Florida (Department of Commerce), and later as Senior Director of Business Development and Policy, working directly with the Governor’s office and the state’s economic development leadership on initiatives to attract international investment.
That dual track — sophisticated brand and marketing leadership on one side, hands-on policy and economic development on the other — is what shaped Laudt Group. The two practices, Consulting and Creative, are the same two disciplines she has spent her career operating across, now built into one transatlantic firm.
She holds a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and is a native speaker of both English and German.
